Based upon a purification protocol developed for milligram scale, Bioneer offers to scale up the purification process:

• Larger columns with volumes of a few hundred mL are introduced to allow processing of gram quantities of the protein. The process performance in terms of protein purity, yield and recovery is optimised. During these stages, sample preparation and buffer exchange steps are carefully adjusted in order to provide a simple and efficient process that can later be further scaled up at a later time
  
  
• The most appropriate analytical methods are selected and specifically adapted to the properties of the crude sample and the purified protein, so that both in-process and end-product analytics are available  for monitoring the purification process
