Contract production of recombinant protein in mammalian cells

Bioneer has the expertise to develop validated SOPs for the production of a desired protein based upon:

• The client's own stably expressing cell lines
• Custom-made stably expressing cell lines (see CHO expression system)
• Transient expression using CHO or HEK293 cells
   

Bioneer currently offers protein expression in mammalian cells using shaker flasks (suspension cells, 12 x 1 L in parallel). We cover any need from lab research scale to pre-clinical production (ml to 100 L). We currently work with suspension cultures as well as adherent cells.

Bioneer has during 2008 established the above mentioned services at a larger scale using DASGIP bioreactors (suspension cells, 4 x 6 L in parallel).

Finally, Bioneer offers to purify the protein of interest.
