Mammalian expression optimisation

Bioneer offers to perform optimisation of expression of recombinant proteins in mammalian cells.

The growth conditions for cells transient or stably transfected to produce a desired protein are optimised by varying parameters such as temperature, stirring speed, media composition (including gases), and, in case of transient expression, the transfection conditions. Bioneer is able to perform a thorough multi-parameter optimisation by systematic testing of combinations of culture/transfection parameters.

Stable cell lines are selected according to the needs of the customer. Using our multi-parameter optimisation set-up, Bioneer can offer to characterise a number of individual cell lines with regard to the expression under various conditions.
