Utilising laboratory-based protocols for a desired protein at gram scale, Bioneer has the expertise to develop a robust and reproducible process for the manufacture of gram amounts of pure protein.  This is achieved by:

• Performing repeated runs and then comparing the obtained product in terms of quantity and purity and thereby validating the robustness of the purification process
  
  
• Identifying critical process variables and determining acceptable ranges of variation
  
  
• Developing, optimising, and validating protocols for the cleaning-in-place (CIP) of chromatography columns
  
  
• Documenting the process in a complete set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in conjunction with comprehensive protocols for quality assurance and quality control
  
  
• Validating the viability of the entire SOP-based process
