L. lactis contract production

Contract protein production based upon the L. lactis P170 system

When a validated SOP for production of the recombinant protein in question has been developed, Bioneer offers to manufacture the protein of interest in our bioreactors (up to 20 L scale) on a contractual basis.

Bioneer has downstream capabilities with regard to harvesting of cells from the fermentation, cell homogenisation (if needed), and ultra-filtration.

Bioneer can carry out purification of the recombinant protein of interest at gram scale and characterise the purified product in terms of purity, activity and yield.
